8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your blucky account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9.2 Termination by blucky

blucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination for cause, blucky may forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold pending withdrawals.
